A bit about myself

Many years ago I needed someone to go to when my life was rather erratic, unstable and unpredictable.

I had experienced the usual relationship break ups; physical injury meant changes to the work I loved; I became a single mother; I experienced depression and disappointment.

I sensed that if I had good support and some long-term strategies, I could bounce back and move on with my life.

I was lucky enough to find a good coach back then and many more excellent teachers along the way to build my resilience

Hence came the desire to undertake some training in Life Coaching, NLP, CBT, Mindfulness, which added to my already rich life experience and many interests.

I now have nearly 20 years of experience in Coaching, including physical health, sport injury & rehabilitation, addiction recovery, ADHD, relationships and life balance, coaching through sailing. My style helps to bridge the gap between Therapy and Coaching.

As a Life Coach, I successfully pass my experience on to others with much strength, knowledge, humour and love.

I hope and believe I am now the person you can turn to.
